By accessing or using Wekeza, the investing mini app available within the M-Pesa Super App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Wekeza.

To use Wekeza, you must be at least 18 years old, hold an active M-Pesa account, and successfully complete our identity verification (KYC) process.

All investment products offered through Wekeza are approved by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and administered by licensed fund managers. Product terms, fees, and minimum investment amounts are disclosed within the app before you invest.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance of any product is not a guarantee of future returns. You are responsible for reviewing product information and deciding whether an investment is suitable for you.

Deposits are made directly from your M-Pesa balance. Withdrawals are processed back to your M-Pesa account and may be subject to processing times set by the relevant fund manager.

Applicable management or transaction fees for each investment product are disclosed in the app prior to investment and may be deducted from your returns or balance.

You are responsible for keeping your M-Pesa PIN and account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

To the extent permitted by law, Wekeza is not liable for losses arising from market performance, third-party service interruptions, or actions outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Wekeza after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Kenya, including applicable regulations of the Capital Markets Authority.
